Résumé
Contexte : L’insuffisance cardiaque (IC) réalise un sérieux problème de santé publique à travers le monde avec un taux de létalité assez considérable, majorant la charge de santé mondiale. L’avènement de la pandémie à SARS-Cov2 a joué un rôle non négligeable dans la prise en charge. Les variations climatiques, à travers des phénomènes naturels et des épiphénomènes sanitaires (exacerbation et ou apparitions des certaines infections notamment pulmonaires) ont eu un impact déterminant sur la prévalence et l’incidence de l’Insuffisance cardiaque.
L’IC demeure un problème majeur de santé à travers le monde, avec une prévalence et incidence restant croissantes. L’avancement en âge, l’immunosénescence constitue un terrain prédictif au développement de cette pathologie. Cette revue de la littérature vient de rassembler plusieurs documents qui peuvent aider les cliniciens à comprendre la place que jour les pendemies telle que la COVID-19 sur la santé planataire et l’insuffisance cardiaque congestive qui reste non negligeable dans un conteste des maladies émergentes.
